1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you use site features, and limited service telemetry needed to run and protect isnt.rip.

AccountUsername, optional account email, secured password record, signup date, account settings, and entitlements.

Profile and mediaDisplay details, bio, status, location, links, layouts, uploads, music settings, badges, and customization choices.

CommunityComments, replies, edits, reports, notifications, profile views, link clicks, leaderboard activity, and game scores.

PurchasesProduct, amount, account, Stripe checkout reference, requested handle, and completion status. Stripe handles payment-card details.

Connected servicesWhen you choose Google or Discord, provider identifier, username, display name, email from Google, avatar, banner, accent, and presence or activity for linked Discord accounts. You control whether Discord presence is public.

Signup and safety signalsLanding page, referring domain, campaign tags, signup steps, timestamps, and limited transformed technical identifiers used for accurate counts and anti-abuse controls.

Support and reviewReports, preserved report snapshots, support requests, Verified Seller review details, transfer-coordination messages, and related administrative actions.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

create accounts and provide profiles, media, comments, badges, leaderboards, notifications, games, and purchases;
authenticate users, keep accounts secure, prevent duplicate counts, and stop fraud or abuse;
display content according to account settings and connected-service choices;
process purchases and grant purchased features;
review reports, process Verified Seller requests and approved transfer coordination, enforce the Terms, resolve disputes, and protect users;
measure signup performance, understand feature use, diagnose errors, and improve the service; and
send service notices and activity notifications.

3. What other people can see

Profiles, usernames, uploaded profile media, links, badges, view counts, and leaderboard entries may be public and searchable. Profile comments and replies are shown only to signed-in members.

Reported content and report details may be reviewed by administrators even after the original content is edited or deleted. Unsaved editor previews are not applied to your public profile. Discord presence is public only when the account owner enables it.

4. Cookies and service telemetry

isnt.rip uses first-party cookies to keep users signed in, protect connected-account flows, and remember signup attribution. Sign-in and signup-attribution cookies can last up to 30 days. Browser privacy signals recognized by the service disable signup-attribution recording.

You can clear cookies through your browser, though some site features will stop working until you sign in again. Logging out clears the active sign-in cookie.

5. When information is shared

Information may be sent or made available as reasonably needed to:

Cloudflare for hosting, database and media storage, security, and operational infrastructure;
Stripe for checkout and payment events;
Google when site fonts load or when you choose Google sign-in or linking;
Discord when you choose Discord sign-in or linking, or when the community widget loads in the dashboard;
YouTube, Twitch, Spotify, or SoundCloud when a profile loads an official embed;
authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to follow the law, prevent harm or fraud, protect users, or defend legal rights; and
a successor if the service is reorganized, sold, or transferred.

isnt.rip does not sell personal data or use it for cross-site targeted advertising.

6. How long information is kept

Account, profile, media, purchase, comment, moderation, seller-review, transfer-coordination, and feature records are kept for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, complete transactions, enforce rules, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Deleting visible content may not immediately remove related report snapshots, transaction records, security records, backups, or diagnostic logs. Those records are deleted or de-identified when they are no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.

7. Your choices and rights

You can edit public profile information, delete comments you control, disable comments on your profile, control notifications, remove media, and turn public Discord presence off.

You may ask @us to access, correct, export, or delete information associated with your account. We may need to verify account ownership first. Some records may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, transactions, disputes, and enforcement. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights, and we will respond as applicable law requires.

8. Children

isnt.rip is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 submitted personal data without valid parental permission, we will take reasonable steps to remove it. A parent or guardian can contact @us about a child’s account.

9. Security and location

We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including secured credentials, signed sessions, access controls, and restricted administration tools. No online service can guarantee complete security.

isnt.rip and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Data-protection rules may differ from those where you live.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Policy as the service changes. The updated date above will change, and material updates will be announced through the site or another reasonable channel.
