Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using isnt.rip, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, you may use isnt.rip only with approval from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell @us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

Usernames, profile URLs, badges, rankings, and features may be changed, withheld, or removed when reasonably needed to protect users, resolve disputes, or keep the service working fairly.

3. Your profile and content

isnt.rip lets you create a public profile, upload media, add links and embeds, play music, earn badges, appear on leaderboards, and use community features. Public profile content can be viewed and shared by anyone. Profile comments are shown only to signed-in members.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give isnt.rip a limited, worldwide permission to host, store, process, resize, display, and deliver that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You confirm that you have every permission needed to submit it. This permission ends when the content is removed, except where a copy must reasonably remain for moderation, security, backups, or legal obligations.

4. Account sales and Verified Sellers

Verified Seller approval must be current and confirmed directly by @us. The ordinary Verified badge does not make someone a Verified Seller. Approval is personal, cannot be transferred, and may be denied or revoked. It means only that the seller was reviewed; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of any account, listing, price, payment, buyer, seller, or outcome.

Any sale is solely between the buyer and seller. isnt.rip is not a marketplace, broker, escrow service, payment handler, or party to a private sale, and the isnt.rip store cannot be used to process one. Buyers and sellers accept the transaction risk and must coordinate any approved transfer with @us before access changes hands.

• No one may offer, buy, or sell an account that is stolen, compromised, fraudulently created, obtained without permission, materially misrepresented, or tied to an unresolved payment or ownership dispute.
• The seller must disclose material restrictions, must not keep hidden access, and must not reclaim the account after transfer.
• The buyer must be eligible to use isnt.rip and must accept these Terms. Third-party accounts, including Discord or Google accounts, are never included by this permission.
• Trust badges, staff roles, seller status, rankings, usernames, and other account attributes are not guaranteed to remain after a transfer.

Unapproved or unsafe sales may lead to revoked seller approval, restricted features, suspension, or reversal where reasonably possible. isnt.rip does not provide refunds or transaction support for private sales.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use isnt.rip to:

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or help someone else do so;
• harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, defraud, deceive, or expose private information about another person;
• post sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate material, or any sexual content involving minors;
• upload content you do not have permission to use;
• spread malware, phishing pages, scams, spam, or deceptive links;
• artificially manipulate views, comments, badges, game scores, rankings, reports, purchases, or seller status;
• bypass limits, moderation, security controls, suspensions, or access restrictions; or
• sell an account without current Verified Seller approval from @us.

6. Moderation and enforcement

Users can report profiles and comments. isnt.rip may investigate reports, remove content, limit visibility, revoke badges or seller approval, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the service and its users.

Moderation records may be preserved after visible content is edited or removed. To report urgent abuse, appeal a decision, or request seller review, use the official contact method shown on @us.

7. Purchases

Payments in the isnt.rip store are processed by Stripe. Prices and included features are shown before checkout. Paid features belong to the purchasing account and may change as the service evolves.

When the store describes a purchase as “lifetime,” it means for the life of the purchasing account while that feature and the service remain available; it does not promise that isnt.rip will operate forever. Refunds are provided where the store specifically promises one, including an unfulfilled username request, and wherever required by law.

8. Third-party services

Profiles may contain external links and embeds from services such as YouTube, Twitch, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Accounts may also be connected to Google or Discord. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. isnt.rip is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or conduct.

9. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, permanent profile URLs, error-free features, or any particular result. Keep your own copy of anything important.

Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited.

10. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, isnt.rip is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost content, private account-sale losses, or another user’s conduct. If isnt.rip is liable to you, the total amount will not exceed what you paid isnt.rip during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and contact

We may update the service or these Terms. The updated date above will change, and material changes will be announced through the site or another reasonable channel. Continuing to use the service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
